These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of WakilFlow websites, web app, and mobile apps. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use WakilFlow for a law firm, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. The service
WakilFlow provides software for case and hearing management, calendars (including BS/AD), documents, leads, payments records, diary, team roles, and related practice tools for legal professionals in Nepal. Features depend on your plan. We may change or discontinue features; we will communicate material withdrawals where practical.
The service is a tool. It is not a law firm, not a substitute for professional judgment, and not legal advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and must not be a child (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for credentials, devices, and all activity under your login. Notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
Firm administrators control invitations, roles, and who may see confidential documents. Client confidentiality remains your professional obligation.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unauthorised access, malware, scraping that degrades the service, sharing logins in a way that bypasses seats, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. You must not upload content you do not have a right to store.
We may suspend accounts that threaten security or violate these Terms.
4. Your content and licence
You (or your firm) retain ownership of files and records you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, encrypt, back up, and display that content solely to provide the service to authorised users of the workspace.
You are responsible for the accuracy of filings data you enter and for keeping copies required by court or professional rules. We are not a court registry.
5. Mobile app
The Android and iOS apps store tokens and a local cache so you can work with poor connectivity. You must keep the device reasonably secure (device lock, current OS). Biometric unlock, if enabled, is provided by the operating system.
App store fees, if any, are governed by Google Play or Apple’s terms in addition to these Terms.
6. Trials, plans, and fees
Trials and paid plans are described on our pricing page or in an invoice. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions are billed in NPR and renew until cancelled. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to in-app billing settings or by contacting support. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where Nepal law requires otherwise or we have stated a refund in writing.
If a trial or subscription lapses, we may restrict access until the workspace is restored. You can still request account deletion.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (https://wakilflow.com/privacy) explains what we collect and how to delete an account (https://wakilflow.com/delete-account). Those pages form part of these Terms.
8. Availability and support
We strive for reliable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Maintenance, connectivity, third-party outages (including AWS or Google), and events beyond our control may cause downtime. Support channels and response times depend on your plan.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WakilFlow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or client matters arising from use of the service.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the workspace in the twelve months before the claim (or NPR 10,000 if you were on a free trial and paid nothing). Some limits may not apply where Nepal law does not allow them.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your breach of professional or legal duties, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
11. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the service at any time and may delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, non-payment, or security risk, after notice where reasonable.
Provisions that should survive (including liability limits, indemnity, and governing law) survive termination.
12. Governing law (Nepal)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require another forum.
